I’m Lucy, the skin specialist behind Facial Concept.

I specialise in restoring tired, ageing, hormonal and stressed skin using advanced treatments that stimulate real regeneration, not surface level results.

My work is centred around skin that no longer responds to quick fixes. Skin that feels dull, depleted, reactive, uneven or simply not as healthy as it once was. Through targeted skin stimulation, collagen renewal, barrier repair and corrective treatments, I help the skin rebuild itself from within so it can function properly again.

Rather than offering traditional facials, I focus on results led skin therapies including microneedling, advanced peels, exosome treatments, polynucleotides, Dermalux LED and skin reset programmes designed to re-educate and strengthen the skin over time.

As a mum, I understand how skin changes through different stages of life, from stress and fatigue to hormonal shifts and time pressures. These experiences shape how I treat skin: with patience, intention and respect for its natural processes.
